We don't hide behind discounts or fake MRPs. Here's the simple idea we follow when pricing any product:
Product cost
What it actually costs to make or source the product.
Operations
Packaging, logistics, taxes, and basic running costs.
Modest margin
Enough to survive and grow - not enough to feel greedy.
